If the Above Steps Don’t Work, Use Recovery Mode:

2. Restart your phone using the method below:

• For iPhone models without a HOME button: Press and hold the POWER and VOLUME DOWN keys simultaneously for 10–15 seconds, or until the device turns off completely.

• For iPhone models with a HOME button: Press and hold the POWER and HOME keys simultaneously for 10–15 seconds, or until the device turns off completely.

1. Wait 30 seconds, then press and hold the POWER key again for 5 seconds or until the device turns back on. Swipe right to unlock the screen.

1. On your computer, you will see the option to "Restore" or "Update" your iPhone. Choose "Restore."

1. iTunes will download the necessary software for the process. If the update takes a long time, the iPhone will exit recovery mode. Follow the above directions again once the download is complete.
